Zone to Zen Sports Psychology Coaching is a coaching program that focuses on helping athletes achieve a state of "flow" or "the zone" in their athletic performance, as well as develop a mindset that promotes mental toughness, resilience, and well-being. The program is designed to help athletes improve their performance by identifying and addressing mental barriers and obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.

About Me
Welcome to my Sport Psychology Coaching practice Zone to Zen. It's important to find a coach who is a good fit for you and your goals. My name is Manav, and I have a strong background in sports and sport psychology coaching. I can provide you with the support and guidance you need to improve your mental toughness and overall performance.

Our first meeting will likely start by getting to know you, your athletic background, your current performance level, and any mental barriers or challenges that you are facing. We will discuss your lifestyle and habits outside of your sport, as these can have an impact on your mental state and performance.

I will work with you to develop a customized plan to help you achieve your goals. This plan may include specific mental skills and strategies to help you overcome obstacles and perform at your best, as well as lifestyle changes or habits that can support your mental and physical well-being.

Throughout your coaching sessions, I will monitor your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed. I will also provide you with support and encouragement to help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.

Since 2009, I have helped athletes, performers, and entrepreneurs in the areas of surfing, basketball, soccer, diving, triathletes, swimming, rock-climbing, and dancing to overcome fears, build confidence, develop leadership skills, communicate effectivley, build teamwork, and develop character.
